About
We build the process around the AI, not another AI
What FlowClave is, how we work with the firms we build for, and how to get in touch.
What FlowClave is
A workflow layer above the model providers
It does not replace ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini and it is not trying to. The model still does the writing. FlowClave is the process around it: a defined task instead of a blank prompt box, identifiers swapped for placeholders before anything is sent, routing to whichever provider the firm approved, human approval where the workflow declares it, and a record of every run.
It is provider-neutral by design, so a firm is not married to one model. Automatic failover to a second provider is a direction rather than something running today, and we will keep saying which is which.
How we work
One job at a time, built around how you already work
Protection, review and the record run as one connected path, with shipped workflow packages for documents, mailboxes, support queues and contracts. We start from a job your firm already repeats and build the workflow around it, rather than asking you to change how you work to suit a product.
We work with a small number of firms at a time and stay close to each one — the weekly review is part of the engagement, not an add-on. That is a deliberate choice: a workflow that nobody adopts is worth nothing, and adoption is won in the first fortnight or not at all.
Getting in touch
How to reach us
The most useful thing you can do is book the 30-minute workflow map. It is free, nothing is sold on it, and you keep the write-up.
For anything else, including privacy requests, write to privacy@flowclave.com. FlowClave operates from Australia and works with Australian firms.
